through the Dogs ACT office.

All camping must be pre-booked.
Booking & prepayment of camping still $20.00 per
night. Turn up and expect to camp $25.00
per night.
If no campers pre-book
before the show or event weekend,
then power and showers facilities
will NOT be available.
We ask you - to
kindly assist us - Dogs ACT and all Clubs that use the dogs grounds at
Exhibition Park - in achieving these simple objectives. Your safety and
your enjoyment of these events are important to us.

Well Station Road.

Where
a National Show is held, no
Challenge Certificates shall
be awarded for the breed/s involved
in the National Show, within
a radius (as the crow flies)
of 1000km from the show on that
day/s. - For A.C.T exhibitors,
this includes Brisbane, Adelaide,
Melbourne and Sydney.
Exhibitors please note that the internal roadway
between the ACT Dogs rings and the Bicentennial Park camping area is closed
between 5am to 12 midday each & every Saturday that the Canberra Markets
operate. The roadway will be closed between the Shell service station entrance
and the Carfair entrance preventing access to the ACTCA office and camping
areas. If you arrive outside of these times, then this will be of little inconvenience
to you. If you arrive during this time and require to park your caravan/camper,
you will need to park in the ACT dog grounds carpark until the internal roadway
is open to public use.
This
same roadway which runs circularly within
Exhibition Park is at any other time
a no stopping/no parking - tow away
area, which is now signed posted. To
avoid a parking ticket or having your
vehicle removed (retrieval at your expense)
- please use the correct carpark and not park
on the roadway.
This is the policy of Exhibition Park (EPIC). We
apologise for the inconvenience to the campers, not to those that park illegally.

IMPORTANT - CONDITIONS OF USE - DOG GROUNDS - SHOW DAYS - EXHIBITION PARK (EPIC)
It is the policy
of Dogs A.C.T - That NO structure, ground cover or other
form of establishing territory is permitted at the ring side or on the dog
grounds at Exhibition Park (EPIC) on any other day than the day of the
show.
It is tolerated
that exhibitors may set up on the afternoon before the show,
BUT with consideration to the care and safety of all
users of the dogs grounds. Example - Morning show - not before
12 noon the day before. Afternoon
show - not before 4.00pm the afternoon
before start
of the show. Please
do not take liberties but consult the office staff first to ensure that no work
(mowing or ground repairs etc) is being carried on the grounds before you set
up. The grounds are part of Dogs ACT office staff work area and any incivility
towards staff and their decisions will be an OH&S and Dogs ACT Council
issue.
Dogs ACT will accept NO responsibility for any incident that occurred in
defiance to any decision made by office staff. Any object that threatens ones safety (including
ropes & poles) or blocks/impedes
any access or pathway will be removed and disposed of (and only returned at
the expense of the owner).
All Structures including tents, umbrellas and ground
cover, dog equipment including crates, trolleys and tables, exhibitors and
their dogs must
maintain a clear distance of (1) one metre from all
pathways.
